Following an initial site visit and consultation, we begin to draw inspiration and interpret ideas from the respective briefs, site context and existing conditions.
Translated through a set of visually aesthetic rendered plans of the project, we begin to refine the planting palette, material details and general landscape direction.
A time for collaboration, review and an initial client presentation to bring forward a landscape design suited to the project needs.
Upon approval of the general concept direction, the landscape design gets brought to life through a carefully curated selection of plants best suited to the microclimates and complementary hard material pairings.
This stage of the process includes a set of detailed drawings of landscape elements (*), an evolution within the concept design, ensuring feasibility in construction and preparation for tendering.

The final stage follows suit with a run-through of the final design intent, together with a review and comparison of respective construction trades and associated quotes.
Our contract administration includes a proposal (*) for an on-going agreement where required for post-design site consultations with contractors on-site to ensure the project gets delivered to a high quality standard.
