Rye Beach Home

Nestled among a street of nostalgic beach homes, this open front concept was explored as an option to maximise the views looking onto the gentle undulating drift paths and intertwined trunks of the borrowed moonah trees looking onto the coastline beyond. Our response was to create a landscape that respected the existing environment, softly blending harsh edges with native grey-green vegetation and in return, creating a solace within the sand dunes.
